We were absolutely delighted with the superb service provided by Sean Kelly. From start to finish his care and attention to detail shone through, easing any nerves and ensuring our ceremony was exactly how we wanted it to be. With the perfect blend of heart and humour, Sean is an exceptional storyteller, we had so many compliments from family and friends about how personal and fun our ceremony was. Honestly, Sean couldn't do enough for us throughout the process, we are thrilled he was our celebrant and highly recommend him.

Within the first 5 minutes of meeting Sean we knew he was the celebrant for us. His quick wit, confidence but also understanding of how important our day was to us made us feel so at ease. Throughout the whole process, Sean was supportive and completely got "us". He also makes sure you know exactly what the score is in terms of paperwork, which was super helpful for 2 scatterbrains!

We had sooo many compliments on the day for how brilliant and funny Sean was and we couldn't agree more. Our story was told by Sean in a way that was comfortable to us and we felt really respected, but he knew the right moments to poke fun at us too. He was really supportive to my husband who got quite emotional beforehand and he really appreciated that.

We cannot thank Sean enough for everything and would recommend him to anyone who wants a good laugh, cry and your story told your way!

We couldn’t have asked for a better humanist. Sean had taken the time and effort to chat with us well in advance of the wedding to find out all about us before providing us with a draft of our ceremony, which he pretty much nailed on the first draft.

Sean is naturally Funny and charming and was able to capture the best balance of humour and sop like we had asked for. On the day he was very professional and brought with him a very calming atmosphere,he kept us right the full time and was an absolute gentlemen through and through.

We had countless guests throughout the day who had mentioned how great he was, so I think that speaks for itself. Sean also took the time to check over our vows and speech which he had given some valuable advice and also some very encouraging thoughts to help put our minds at ease. Sean was our celebrant for our wedding in October and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were lucky enough to snap up the wonderful Sean Kelly as our wedding celebrant through Fuze. We're honestly not sure where to begin - From the second we met Sean on a video call, he had us hooked. He's both warm and hellishly funny, and we knew instantly that we couldn't have our wedding without him (seriously, if he hadn't been the celebrant, we'd have had him as a guest!). Sean kept us right with all the legal stuff, and was always just a text away with any questions. We'll never forget the when he sent us the first draft of our wedding script - we were in tears, both from how perfectly he'd captured us and our relationship, but also from dying with laughter. The big day was no exception - Sean was incredible, made us feel at ease, and had the whole room in stitches. People couldn't stop talking about how bloody wonderful he was! Genuinely a top class human being, and everything you could ever want from a celebrant! We love you, Sean!

We hired Sean Kelly to be celebrant for our wedding and would highly recommend him to anyone. He is gregarious, easy-going and quick-witted, which is exactly what you want in a celebrant; and also professional and highly knowledgeable. Sean worked with us to understand us and our relationship, taking time to meet with us early on to get to know us and begin to craft some thoughts on his speech. He was very responsive to our thoughts and diligent in providing drafts and asking for feedback on his script. He provided good insight when we were planning our ceremony, and helped mould it into something that flowed naturally and ran smoothly. We had an unusual request to do the speeches of the best man, maid of honour, and parents of the couple at the start of the ceremony, and Sean helped talk through how it would best work. His advice was really valuable. Sean was perfect on the day and did an excellent job coordinating the ceremony and injecting humour and sincerity where it was needed.

We chose Sean Kelly from Fuze to be the celebrant for our wedding. He was really fantastic, definitely made sure to understand our story and who we are. His communication was great and that made my wife and I feel at ease about one of the (many) important parts that we had to think about for our big day. His delivery during the ceremony hit the mark and I think everybody appreciated the little details that he remembered from our conversations, as well as his sense of humor. All in all, it felt very natural and almost like we had known him for a lot longer than the few months that we did!

Sean was our celebrant for our special day and we couldn't have went with anyone better! From start to finish the banter was top class while also being extremely professional and helpful. We came across Sean around five weeks (!) before our wedding after being let down at the last minute, so Sean literally saved the day! From within minutes of our first meeting with Sean we knew how amazing he was and that he would be the perfect fit for us. Sean is such a calming, humorous and down to earth guy this is everything we had hoped to find in our celebrant. He instantly put us at ease, showed genuine interest when listening to our story and reassured us that he could get the job done in our limited time frame. Sean went above and beyond for us and conducted our wedding ceremony in a way that was true to us, beautiful and sincere and of course with a few touches of Scottish humour! We cannot thank Sean enough for all of his hard work in making our dream ceremony a reality and for helping us out at such short notice, we know this was meant to be, and we received so many wonderful compliments about him throughout our day from all of our guests.

What can we say about Sean, the celebrant at our recent wedding? From the moment we met Sean, we thought he was great and had a very relaxed and assured approach. Sean listened to how we wanted our wedding to be, genuine and funny, and managed to deliver on the day. He was was kind, thoughtful and calm throughout and would recommend him highly.

My Yank Wife and I knew it was going to be difficult to find an officiant for our Scottish castle wedding, let alone one that would create the loving, cheerful atmosphere we were going for. After our interview with Sean, though? We were at peace. Sean is a wordsmith, a silver tongue, a modern Shakespeare with a better accent. He led the ceremony with a calm confidence and had everyone cracking smiles with our proposal story. Traditional weddings are all too often mutated into surprise sermons that no one wants. With Sean, he made the theme love and friendship. I could not have asked for a better Celebrant.

Wonderful service throughout the whole process. Our celebrant Sean Kelly was out of this world funny, welcoming, felt like talking to a friend you’ve had for years. His writing was beautiful, touching and hit the nail right on the head, he’ll keep you on your toes with a few bad jokes but none the less we always felt as ease in his presence, our guests were speaking about Sean the rest of the wedding saying he was top notch and the perfect choice for myself and my bride so finally I would like to add on the special big day he scrubbs up no bad either with an amazing array of cufflinks and shoes for every wedding.

Sean Kelly was our Humanist for our wedding in Cottiers in November. He is amazing! We met up for a chat and went through the style we would like for our wedding, more relaxed but still keeping to traditions. He blew us away with his script which we had the chance to add or take away anything we wished for. He did exactly what we asked for and the flow of the ceremony worked so well for our wedding. We laughed, shed a few tears and Sean was able to hold the room perfectly. Even with me (the bride) showing up later than expected, he kept everyone informed and made sure everyone was happy and kept the spirits high! He made us feel at ease before the wedding, messaging us to kindly remind when we needing to get forms handed in etc and replying with super speed that let us know we had definitely picked the right guy. Sean stayed after the ceremony into the evening (we enjoyed his chat so much) and fitted into the wedding party perfectly! The best things about Sean are, he’s funny, professional, fully committed to making your ceremony exactly how you want it, replies to any questions you have and just an all rounders good person. It was really important to us to have a personal, relaxed and fun wedding ceremony whilst maintaining the importance of our marriage vows. The person conducting the ceremony was going to be responsible for all of that - no mean feat, and Sean surpassed all expectations! We had an incredible day and loved every bit of our ceremony. He was supportive, encouraging, funny, genuine, inclusive and made the ceremony so personal and, in our guests' words, "so us". The process in the lead up to the day was easy and a lot of fun for us. Sean was the most amazing celebrant. We could not have asked for anyone better! He followed requests, took feedback -and kept me (the bride, a major cry risk) smiling and laughing through the whole ceremony. We both had a wonderful day!!

Where do we start….if there was more than 5 stars to give Sean we would as was incredible! We instantly clicked with Sean from our first meeting with him and we just knew he was the right person for us as a couple. We wanted our guests to be able to laugh and cry within the one ceremony and Sean definitely delivered on that. He was great pre wedding, during the wedding and post wedding. Sean made us feel so at ease and really took the time to get to know us and our story as a couple. Everything he wrote in our draft script was perfect, we made 0 changes as he just got it right from the very start. Sean is full of energy, fun and enthusiastic and makes you feel so at ease when you are around him. Especially on the day which is exactly what you want, he made sure to check in with both myself and my husband prior to the ceremony, he came to see both us and made sure we were both okay. A really lovely genuine guy with a lot of banter so a win win! All of our guests loved the ceremony! Would 100% recommend, we cannot thank Sean enough for making our special day so memorable and so perfectly suited to us. Wish we could do it all over again!

We had the best day with Sean as our wedding celebrant. From the minute we met him on a video call he took the time to get to know us as a couple and it felt so natural like talking to an old friend. When we got the script I was expecting to edit and change some things but it was absolutely perfect from the get go and we didn’t need to change a thing. All the guests talked about how great he was. It was a heartfelt, witty ceremony with lots of laughs and genuine emotion. He connected with all the guests and bridal party pre ceremony and made everyone feel comfortable and at ease’s We really loved working with Sean and highly recommend him if you are looking for a future celebrant.

Sean was perfect. From start to finish he was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
He wrote a first draft, took my feedback and rewrote the ceremony and it was amazing. It was a beautiful mix of humour , love and wit. He captures our personalities exactly and even the venue staff were complimenting how amazing Sean was.

We had Sean Kelly carry out our wedding on Saturday and honestly there couldn’t have been a more perfect man for the job! Me and my husband are such awkward people when it comes to the lovey dovey stuff in public but Sean managed to write the most amazing script for our big day, it was light hearted, full of laughs but also reflected our love for each other perfectly. My husband and his groomsman couldn’t stop talking about how brilliant he was before I arrived just having a laugh and keeping them calm, even when i gave my bouquet away too early because of nerves and then asked for it back lol, he made me laugh and calmed me down. My guests spoke about how brilliant he was all night and said it was the best ceremony they have been to! I would recommend anyone to book with Sean without a doubt!

Our humanist Sean Kelly was fantastic from start to finish. From the point of enquiry until the ceremony nothing was too much hassle for Sean. Communication was brilliant and any changes to the script were made promptly and accurately. Sean also kept us right in terms of getting all the relevant forms and paperwork submitted. Thrilled to have Sean Kelly as our humanist celebrant for our wedding at Carlowrie Castle in Edinburgh, April 2024. Picking a celebrant was one of the harder tasks on our list as they need to be perfect for you - they set the tone for the day and are entrusted to create and deliver your story in way that truly reflects you as a couple. From our first meeting with Sean, we just clicked, which made the decision super easy. We wanted a fun and sharp ceremony, keeping our guests entertained and smiling, with a tear or two along the way. Sean absolutely delivered on the brief. We were coming to Scotland from Australia to be married which adds another level of complexity to the whole process but Sean made it super easy, made our zoom calls heaps of fun, was super responsive via WhatsApp and kept to the timelines he gave us for ceremony drafts etc. Highly recommend Sean if you’re looking for a light but warm ceremony, he is also just a super fun guy to have around.
